Can't help if I space in a daze, My eyes tune out the other way,
I may switch off and go in a daydream, In this head my thoughts are deep,
Sometimes I can't even speak, Will someone be and not pretend?
I'm off again in my World

It looks good, let's hope that NBC doesn't get Trigger Happy.

Well, the premise of the show is very interesting. To base a whole show around American Bandstand and even feature some well-known singers playing popular singers from the past, another good idea. I am very excited about this show, and cannot wait until it airs. It is probably going to be one of the few 10PM shows I'm going to end up watching next season. (However, I have a feeling Dick Clark did this only to milk every penny possible out of American Bandstand, and is more than likely using this to boost the popularity of the show, perhaps to spring-board the revival which has been considered.)

I only think the pilot revolves around American Bandstand. I'm sure they'll have plenty of other storylines, I hope.

No, the whole show was created by Dick Clark Productions almost expressly for the reason of showcasing their most popular show, American Bandstand.

royal blue The show is great.its doing well.and it was already being rated by like magazine writers and stuff before it premired and the rating were absolutely not bad ratings they were extremly great ratings.it does focus around bandstand alot but it is all forcusing on how prejuidced whites were to blacks which isn't nice we are all people.drugs bitrh control when the mom gets pills.the father being a hero.the president being shot.the renaming of kennedy airport in nyc or queens one of those places. also i read its going to start focusing on vietnam war when it starts and whatever else happened than and of course the two girls dancing.the kids and patty and meg bikering all the time.jj football games and the heartbreak the two girls will go threw or have gone threw with meg in the 3rd or 4th episode im not sure which one it was.

its a great show i give it an 10000,and two thumbs up.
