Default A lot of the rejected Maury Babies and Children are Adults now!

When Maury was originally airing , there were quite a lot of rejected Babies and Children. Fathers of the babies and Children were saying stuff like,"That ain't my Baby/Child, they're Mother was a H and a S! I hope to God those ain't my Babies and Children!" Only to have Maury reveal that they ARE the Father and the Father goes into shock while Mother victory dances. Viewers were saying stuff like,"Luckily, these Babies and Children are too young to understand the awful things their Father said, but when they get older, they're going to be pissed watching these on Reruns. " One particular Father was funny rejecting his Daughter who looked like the Female mini version of him, and surprise, surprise, he was her Father!

A lot of the rejected Babies and Children are now Adults! They're most likely pissed at their Dads for saying those awful things. I know I'd be pissed if I were born in say 2000 and watched a rerun of Maury today and my Father were saying awful things like that!

I liked some of the talk shows in the 1990's, Sally Jessy, Rikki Lake, that other blonde lady (forgot her name). It was always a different topic and while it can be provacative, it was exploitation like Maury or Springer. Those two brought the genre to the gutter which is sad.

I loved the old Donahue show even as a kid. It is hard to find episodes of it even on Youtube. Most of the time his shows were very interesting and touched upon all sorts of topics of politics, sex, religion. He would have celebrities on and asked good questions and was a great interviewer.

I think the blonde lady you mention is Jenny Jones.

I was excited when on YouTube I came across Marlo Thomas' 1977 appearance on Donahue, but it proved to be a super-short excerpt of less than 1 minute...! ARRGH

That episode was sad all around. Gay guy tells straight guy he has a crush on him, straight guy fake laughs and then shows up at gay guy's house later and murders him by shooting him in his chest. He didn't deserve to be murdered by his crush. Gay guy couldn't have seen his Murder coming(Although he should have known better to tell a straight guy he had a crush on him on national TV). Straight guy acted like he was cool with the gay guy having a crush on him. He most likely would have had a heads up if the straight guy had reacted pissed and walked off, which would have been the more realistic reaction than fake laughing and pretending to be okay with gay guy having a crush on him.

And then she was sued and pretended on the witness stand that she had no idea any of this was going to happen. Not the murder but blindside embarrassing the guests.

These shows are garbage for morons.

In Jenny's defense,. the Murderer LAUGHED when the gay guy told him he had a crush on him. Even though it was a fake laugh, it did seem like he was flattered. Jenny wouldn't have known the guy was going to murder the gay guy.
