Default Finally saw Rerun show

I finally got to see the Rerun show today on VH1, I thought it was hilarious, they had Natalie down pat! Jo on the other hand was horrible, she was never that violent, sure she might threaten to break your teeth but whip out a gun? No way. I don't think they did their homework on the Jo character.

I think they should of got Nancy Mckeon to play Jo she said quote 'If they wanted to do a parody of Facts on Saturday Night Live, I'd say Gimme that school uniform. I'd slap it on right now." and this was sort of like a SNL sketch if they ever did an fol sketch it would be similar to this one. But I did like the guy that did Mrs. G he sounded almost like her.

omg i was thinking the same thing when nancy said that she would do a parody of facts... LOL That would of been killer if Nancy McKeon played on the rerun show.... hey they had guest stars like gary colman and that chick from jeffersons.... I mean it would look totally weird to picture nancy in that school uniform with her tie all loose and her sleeves rolled back LOL!! I think she is a little too old to be Jo now LOL.... getting like some woman in her mid 30's to play a teenager... now thats odd LOL

I was thinking that exact same thing about NMK. I just saw the last two seconds of it.

I finally saw it too (after missing it twice). I thought it was hilarious (though mean at times)! Nat and Mrs. G. were so freakishly close to the original characters! Jo wasn't very realistic, but I think the point was to make her extremely masculine and tough. The sets were good, but it looked like the main room was from the first season. Why didn't they use the cafeteria?

Well on teh rerun show, they use diffrent set from the original. Like the living room used in teh Diff'rent Strokes one was the actual living room from Teh Nanny. I don't know what show was the living room that the FOL one used.

I saw the FOL Rerun Show for the second time last night. I thought it was funny the first time through, but after seeing it again, it just didn't have the same appeal. With the real FOL, the episodes are funny no matter how many times you've seen them. The Rerun Show doesn't have that same "re-watchability" quality.

I thought it was funny. Except They always showed Blair eating.
I think that was kind of mean. Also To show Jo whipping out guns wasn't funny at all.

I thought Reruns Facts of Life Shop Lifting episode was the funniest yet. Followed by the Married With...Children episode as the Osbournes that was pretty funny to.

Although I thought they were mean but funny.

Having Tootie be this real hyper girl. She never stopped moving around. And Blair was always eating. By the end of the skit she had these huge hips. And then Jo was totally meanier than the actual FOL Jo played by Nancy.

Better than the Diff'rent Strokes ep. O, it brought back memories of when it was originally on. Especially the 'hyper' Tootie...

Good that they showed FOL in Paris on TV Land but I was hoping for regular episodes.
