I found a Harry Connick Jr. album that was released in 1994 called She and when I listened to the album it seemed that Harry was trying to go for a soul/R&B sound on the album. The single that was released from She in 1994 I Could Only Whisper Your Name seems to have a R&B/Soul sound and it tells me that Harry Connick Jr. was trying to get into the R&B/Soul market with the She album and when I heard it I was shocked because he normally does covers and easy listening music usually. Was this a new step that Harry Connick Jr. was trying to take?
