Perhaps you might have known Sergio Mendes from the well-known power ballad Never Gonna Let You Go which was a top hit in 1982 which also became featured in commercials for the now defunct turkey brand Mr. Turkey in the 80's and 90's. But way before then Sergio Mendes was part of his own band called Sergio Mendes And Brasil 66 that sang beautiful versions of classic hits such as The Beatles hit Fool On The Hill and Brazillian classics sung by Astrud Gilberto and then their second well-known hit So Many Stars which was also covered by Natalie Cole on her album Ask A Woman Who Knows. Listening to this band's music is so relaxing and really eases stress and is so wonderful too
