In the 1979 season, Roger and Rerun moved into an apartment together after they graduated High School. Mabel King had left the series, but I don't think she was written out of the show, so the action shifted to Roger and Rerun's place.

was dwayne his roomate Later on in the seriess didn,t mable king make a guest apperance once ina while after she left the show?

I think Dwayne was still in High School, so he didn't live with Roger and Rerun.
As for Mabel King, I really don't remember if she made any appearances after she left the show...

Maybe you're getting confused with Good Times and when Esther Rolle left the show. Eventually she did return for the last season.
