I was watching some episodes of GG yesterday and my brother who's 14 started to watch a little bit of it. He had never seen the show before and makes fun of me because I watch it but anyway...
He wanted to know why they were all single and I said that three of them are widowed and one was divorced. He said that he could probably guess which one was divorced and he thought it was Blanche. Anyway the more I thought of it, it does seem like Blanche would be the person most likely to get divorced...from an outsider anway.

I can see that point, but remember... Blanche loved her many, Many, MANY, MANY men. And from what we did learn about George, he treated her like a queen.
Stan, however, was the nimrod who had all the affairs and such. Although he was a loveable character as the show progress, I can't imagine Dorothy being married to him for nearly 40 years. |

It's funny you should say that. My cousin, who was seeing the show for the first time, said that she would have guessed Dorothy was the one who was divorced, but that it would have been because of her attitude, not because of Stan.

To me it would seem like Blanche would be the divorcee the way she frolics around with so many different men. It's hard to believe that she was married to one man for so many years.
