Do y'all have trouble expressing your feelings and saying your sorry or is it easy for you?

when i wanna say something, i'll say it, no matter what it is. even if i know ppl don't wanna hear it. sometimes, it's hard for me to say sorry, depending on the subject.

well, expressing feelings and apologizing are totally different. I constantly say what i think, express my feelings, ramble endlessly....etc.. and thats no problem
But when it comes to saying sorry its not easy because i really hate admitting im wrong, i am working on this though.

It's REALLY hard for me to say what I think or how I feel to people. I get self conscious or what they're going to think about me or something I guess. I don't know. I'm weird.

I express my feelings sometime, but other times I keep my feelings bottled up.

Well it's not that hard for me to express my feelings. It is very hard for me to say I'm sorry.

I come right out with something if I'm mad at someone. If I'm mad at someone, I'll start yelling at them right then and there and I don't care who's looking and if I'm causing a scene or not.

Other then the above, no. I keep to myself and don't talk, because I'm too damn self-conscious and have no self-esteem

And "sorry" never comes out easily. I'm a very stubborn person, and hate admitting that I'm wrong

i keep everything inside. yup. i never express nething to anyone. well, most of the time.

I find it really, really hard to be open and honest about the way I feel which makes it hard for me to make and keep friends.
I've tried to be more open but being open just makes it easier for people to hurt you. And I'd rather keep everything bottled up and have no friends than have people take advantage of me and hurt me.
It's happened before and I'm not gonna let it happen again.

I totally can't say I'm Sorry to anyone...exept my friends. I don't know why, I guess around my family here I don't wanna admit I'm wrong or anything.

And I don't usually cry around people either but yesterday was a different story...*cough*...anyway....

As far as for saying I'm sorry, I have no problem with that at all! You see, I am always right!

Well, if I know I have something to be sorry for, I will be the first person to admit it. I don't know though -- the way I feel is pretty obvious by my actions and expressions, so everyone would prolly be able to detect how I feel without me saying anything.

I always make sure people know how I feel about something. I never do say I'm sorry about things though.
