Wishlist that I can later edit, and link to when necessary.

Note. Every time I find something, and cross it off the list, the rest will slowly become harder and harder. What remains will slowly boil down to the nearly impossible. (So I am aware of this, I'm not expecting to find it all overnight.)

Professor Poopsnagle's Steam Zeppelin (1985 Australian live-action children's series, spin-off from Secret Valley) - wanted the first 2 stories (either as 2 x 4 half-hour episodes, or as 2 tv-movies, although those movie cuts are abridged)
Odyssey - 8 part TV series of the actual Homeric Odyssey, European coproduction... but in English dub!! It was shown in Ontario by TVO until at least the early 1980s. I keep hoping a professor or a teacher taped it.
Men (US 1989) in particular the episode "Cupid... Mistakes".
The bounder (US (CBS) 7-7-1984, a pilot episode that didn't become a series.
Assaulted nuts (US/UK 1984) (not the episodes already on youtube)
Tales of the vikings (US 1959) except for the 4 episodes already known to be around.
On the rocks (US 1975-6) - apart from the four 4 episodes already known to be around.
The secret diary of Desmond Pfeiffer (US 1998) unaired pilot, unaired episodes
Engelbert (Humperdinck) with the Young Generation (UK 1972) English audio. Even JUST the audio would be fine.
Other audio recorded from television before the video recorder arrived

Unfortunately, that's just the first episode that was broadcast. In some cases that's the same but not there.
But yeah it was good of you to say it because sometimes unaired pilots suddenly DO show up online. We must keep hoping.
