I wouldn't mind living in that world. In fact, I pretty much did grow up in that world.

I thought that the spin put on this concept in the movie "Galaxy Quest" was interesting (parody of Star Trek). Particularly wondering if William Shatner ever saw it. And if he had a reaction.

As far as women in slacks is concerned, it amazes me even to this day how revealing Laura Petrie could make a pair of tight fitting slacks, and that the censors never objected.

I guess lucky for them "freeze frame" was not then an option?

In her later years, her teeth are all perfectly the same length, her bite is as flat as the salt flats. Her juvy pictures are clearly not that way...so she must have had some significant cap work done, maybe not right at the beginning of the DVD show...but soon.

Nose? definitely slimmed.....chin/jowls? Same.

Don't get me wrong, she's a heart throb of mine, always has been. But, she spent some money fine tuning the franchise, no doubt about it.
