Default Which kids looked the most like their TV show parents?

Today, looking through the internet, saw a current picture of the six "Brady Bunch children" who were on the Brady Bunch. I have said this before probably but the boys look like they could be brothers and the biological son of Robert Reed. Especially Barry Williams who played Greg. The three female actors look like they could be the daughters of Florence Henderson, but not as much as Reed to me does to his male children

The actor who played Bud on Married with Children looks like the biological son of Ed O'Neill. The two sons on Leave it to Beaver, and especially Beaver looks related to Ward, the father.

The opposite can also be played, name children of TV parents that dont look nearly related.

My vote would probably be Becky from Roseanne/The Conners. She doesnt look remotely related to Dan and Roseanne (the parental characters). Blonde and thin. Usually if a child has two obese parents, the child will also be obese. It is habits as well as genetics. Darlene looks like she could be Roseanne's daughter, but it skinny.

The actor who plays DJ definitely looked like he was Roseanne's child, especially when he himself was a child.

Lastly, some contraversy......On the Jefferson's, Jenny, the daughter of the Willis couple, cannot be half white and isnt half white. On the other side of the coin, the Willis couple also had a son, played by a white actor. Were there no interracial actors in Hollywood at the time? Had to have been.

Those are my choices for now. Any more?

Kirk Cameron, Tracey Gold, and Jeremy Miller on Growing Pains as Mike, Carol, and Ben definitely looked like they could've been Alan Thicke and Joanna Kerns' offspring. And then with the later addition of the younger sister, Christie I think her name was but right now I can't remember the name of the young actress who played her, she also looked like she could've been Alan Thicke and Joanna Kerns' daughter too so there was some very good casting there.

I think you're off the mark with this. From personal experience I can say that a biracial person can look totally African American. My adopted sister fits that. Her mom is white and dad is black. Now the actress on the show may not have been biracial but her character was.

On The Cosby Show, there is no way that Denise and Sandra could be biological children of Clair and Cliff.

I can actually see Wally & Beaver as Ward & June’s kids. I can see Larry looking like Mrs.Mondello. Now if Larry’s Father wasn’t always in Cincinnati he might look like him as well. lol!

Same goes for Mary & Jeff look like Alex & Donna Stones kids. on The Donna Reed Show.

The Kids on the middle Axl & Sue and Brick resemble Mike & Frankie Heck’s features. I can even see Grandpa Big Mike resembling Mike & Rusty. I can see Frankie looking like Grandma Pat & Grandpa Tag. Frankie’s Sister Janet played by Molly Shannon look alike and same goes for Lucy looking like Janet. The Donahues you can see similar features.

As time goes on You can see the resemblance of Georgie & Missy Cooper looking like George & Mary on Young Sheldon.

Marion Ross and Ron Howard looked like they could be real life mother and son with their red hair.

Bill Bixby and Brandon Cruz (The Courtship of Eddie's Father) looked similiar when they were wearing glasses.

Concerning The Brady Bunch, the only one I agree with you on is Barry Williams and Robert Reed, they really did look they could be father and son. I don't think the other two looked like Robert Reed at all except for the hair color and the same goes for the girls and Florence Henderson.

Here's a fun fact about one of the kids on The Brady Bunch. Mike Lookinland (who played Bobby) was actually a blonde too! He had to get his hair dyed brown for the whole run of the show. I suppose there could be others but he's the only child actor that I know of who had to get his hair colored to play a character.

I'm not sure if uncles and nephew count. But they do resemble each other.

I know this is a bit off topic but if there ever was a movie on the life story of Bob Hope I think that Jason Bateman would be a good choice to play Bob Hope.

I hope these links work.

Speaking of stars that look alike:
How about Kelsey "Frasier" Grammer? He looks a lot like Bob Hope!

Greg Brady even played the father's part in one of the Brady movies. They really did look alike!

I thought that the kids in Life Goes On really did resemble their onscreen parents. Kellie Martin and Chris Burke look like they could really be the kids of Patti LuPone and Bill Smitrovitch.
I saw a photo of Patti when she was younger and she very much resembled Kellie.
Gina Hecht who played Libby's cousin Angela very much resembles Kellie too. Great casting on that show.

As for the least resemblance -- Danny and Tracy Partridge seem to have come from a different father than Keith, Laurie and Chris. Maybe Rueben. What's up with that, Shirley?
