If the value of my home goes up, so too will my property taxes. If my wages don't go up too, then by definition I have less available money to spend on discretionary items.
So, I feel more comfortably being "spendy" if my income goes up but my cost of living stays flat. |

None in the survey. Hearing more and more of the housing prices dropping in the High Priced Housing world in CA. I owned once on my own in CA and no more....
Owning owns the owner. Wanting to be rich has never been a goal, being comfortable YES indeed. |
