June & Ward’s relationship
Meet in High
Go out and enganged in at State
Married in 1941 June 21 years old & 21-23 years old possibly working
Ward goes into Navy 41 or very early 42 and gets out 44-46
Wally’s born in 45
Beaver born in 49 or early 195O
In 1957 they would been married about 12.5 or 13 years.

Was June artificially inseminated or does Wally belong to the milkman? It would have to be 44 early 45 to make it plausible.

Maybe Ward came home late 43 or very early 1944 due to injury or maybe going the officer training? I am not sure the timing.

"Ward Hooks Up With Cornelia Rayburn and June Gives Up"

June opts for the single life for awhile after she and Ward split up, and Ward moves in with "Corny" and her three adult men-children, who sit around and play pong and space invaders on Atari all day. Set in 1980.

Maybe after award and June supposedly split, Ward, acting as a middle-aged crazy, decided to rob the cradle and began dating Marlene Holmes, Mayfield Cinema ticket girl and also the notorious “Mayfield Messalina”? (Of course, Wally and the Beaver were absolutely appalled by their father’s incredibly irresponsible behavior, but Fred Rutherford developed an almost awed respect for Ward’s rakish, new ways!)

Madderest

Maybe now we've determined why Wally was predisposed to go to work at the Mayfield Dairy -- it was in his DNA.

Hugh Beaumont died in 1982 but the 1980's show "Still the Beaver" has the character dying another year, but to use 1982 as a benchmark.

There was another "Still the Beaver" episode which showed Ward and June meeting at a USO club in WWII. So say they were married in 1945 (the year Tony Dow was born) to 1982 is 37 years.

Wasn’t it mentioned once or twice that June & Ward dated in Leave it to Beaver they dated in high school but that June went to boarding school in high school? One would have to guess would date on terms breaks only. One wonders why they changed to meeting at the USO in Still the Beaver. Was it mentioned what year Ward had entered the Navy?
