I'd say it's debatable. She looked more "auburn/brown" as a girl, before they transformed her into "total redhead" to become the '80s cinema teen queen. Her dad looks more brown to me too.

Yeah. Some people would insist she had brown hair back then, but I'd at least say auburn.
