Caught this 1984 episode this morning on the fly, "Kiss Me Teach" on Pluto - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I was flicking channels and landed on HD channel and saw Howard and Marion begging Joanie not to teach at a dangerous highschool. Then she tells them she can make her own decisions and then she finally go to teach. Then she gets sexually harrassed and Fonzie has to come save her at the end.

Not sure why she wanted to teach in a ZOO

BTW: It was mentioned that Joanie and Chachi was not boyfriend and girlfriend in this episode. When did they break up? Was it after they returned from Chicago after their show was cancelled?

Yes, they broke up for a while after they returned from Chicago. However, in the final season, they got back together and eventually married.

I tell you, Erin Moran as Joanie is HOT in this episode. She was caught at just the right time for the episode's plot. No doubt the filming took place in '83 when Erin was 22 or 23 years old.
