I found out what happened to the Ropers in the 1980s
They created a company to manufacture microwave ovens in the 1980s.
Well not really  I was watching an old episode of The Price is Right from 1982 and there was a microwave oven with the company "Roper". It retailed for $575. This would have been a great kitchen appliance for Jack and his Bistro  Just a fun thought for the Three's Company universe. |

Ropers should have been moved to another state because since they were so close, it didnt make sense that they would not ever be seen.
Especially since they came back in season 5 for a visit. Why would there be no visit in season 6, 7, 8? |
