About 2 months ago I had karate class...we did every strech, every kind of push up, running, crab walk, wheel barrel walk, duck walk.....ANYTHING like that that you could think of...I was sore for almost a WEEK afterwards. I couldn't bend my knees to walk or move my hands above my head to brush my hair...it sucked....lol

i played basketball one day, all day and could hardly move the next.

I slipped on the ice one winter, landed on my back 5 hours later, I could hardly move. Both times hurt like a son of a gun.

We did Jane Fonda aerobics in gym once and by the end of the week, every muscle in my body was hurting.

I definitely feel your pain.

I'm in the off season until October, and then it's time to run the sprints and miles, to do the pushups and jumping jacks, and to prepare franticaly for ball season for the next seven months. Gosh I can't wait!

Tennis~ they made us run around the whole freaking court like 20 times and hit balls and everything. I ached.

Yeah I played basketball in high school and the conditioning was horrible. We would run suicides, 20 all the way down 1 laps from side to side, lift weights, run a mile on a track(i KEPT MY TIME AT 8:00) oh also if you didn't make these times you would run again. So sometimes you would be running 15 or 20 laps after conditioning. If you missed conditioning you would have to make it up. KY basketball is very competive and hard.

another 5 hours for the day... man im soooo sore. worse than yesterday. i dont know where the day went. i got up, went to practice for 3 hours, came home and rested and ate lunch and then went for another 2 hour practice. came home, rested and napped and then i ate dinner... napped again, i watched friends and access hollywood, took a shower, watched the rerun show and here i am ready to sleep. man, i feel like i lost the whole day and i cant even walk right let alone sprint. im so scared for tomorrow. i feel like im getting worse. i just found out the football team practices for 6-7 hours without goin home or break. i think they get a half hour lunch break, but thats it. but it was really hot today. we play field hockey on turf and at 11 am it was 104 degrees on it. damn!
