Before it was a huge American smash hit with Bob Saget as the host 1 Vs 100 was first seen in the UK and was a monster hit for three seasons in the UK. The host of the UK 1 Vs 100 was a guy named Dermot O'Leary and his witty personality made him perfect to host the show and is much better than Bob Saget. The gameplay is virtually the same as the American 1 Vs 100 but with a few changes such as no mob helps but instead contestants had the option to use the Double which when used doubled the contestants winnings after he/she got the answer right and the option to Dodge by using a special pass called a Dodge which allowed the contestant to not answer the question similar to the Switch The Question lifeline on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire which the contestant has three Dodges but can add a fourth Dodge if he/she reaches a certain part of the game called a Bonus Dodge. I'm surprised that the American 1 Vs 100 didn't use these instead of mob helps. All and all I was impressed with this version of 1 Vs 100 and I hope if someday 1 Vs 100 gets revived in America they should make it like the UK version
