His hair was straight in all of his previous roles, so I'm saying it was permed.

Actually Robert addressed this at one point. His hair was naturally curly, but was kept very short on shows like The Defenders and the early seasons of The Brady Bunch. Much has been said about the Brady men getting perms. Robert didn't need to, you're seeing his natural hair as opposed to a perm.

Thats funny because I thought it was addressed and he had straight hair. It was permed with others like Bobby on the show. The first few seasons of the BB his hair was straight no curls in sight.
