Default Is that Tiny Tim singing song on SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS???

This is driving us nuts:
In the episode where Spongebob becomes a fry cook theres a scene where he's preparing food while a high-pitched man in the background sings:

Living in the sunlight
Laughing in the moonlight
Having a wonderful time

Is this Tiny Tim(y;now, the Tiptoes through the Tulips guy)????
This is driving us NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(p.s:anyone born after 1971 will NOT know who Tiny Tim is!!!!)

Hey, that has crossed my mind while watching the show, and well, I was born a long time after 1971 and I know who Tiny Tim is, but that's only because I watch Laugh-In all the time and he is on there alot! It does sound a lot like him.

Tiny Tim died about 5 years ago, so I doubt it was him. They could have purchased the rights to use one of his songs, however, I think it was just somebody that sounds a lot like him.

Yeah,I didnt mean he sang it just for SPONGEBOB...they apparently got permission to use an old Tiny Tim song!(Who knew he had one aside from Tiptoe Through The Tulips???)

Tiny Tim died days after my mon did back in 1996.

Tiny Tim was doing a show I believe in Minnesota somewhere, singing..what else but "Tip Toe thru the Tulips" when he had a heart attack and fell on stage.

Of course someone in the audience had a camcorder and captured it on tape and of course it was played on the evening news. Very tasteless!!

But he died with a smile on his face.
