Just watched "Good Luck Ring" episode 3.4 on the commercially sold disc for the first time. I noticed as soon as I heard it the music was strange

when Oliver Douglas from Green Acres came on the scene and anytime Lisa or Oliver was shown the music was different from what I remembered it on regular TV broadcasts. I remembered anytime Oliver or Lisa were shown they would play a bit of the Green Acres theme behind them, but in the commercial disc the music was just plain odd and definitely not the way I remembered it

So putting on my Sherlock hat I pulled out a Me TV DVD recording of the same show and sure enough my Spidey Senses were right, they DID play the Green Acres theme anytime Oliver or Lisa were shown. I wish these lousy rich and big companies that release TV shows on DVD that they would spend the extra few pennies and use the REAL music. Haven't they learned their cheap lessons yet? Now the cheap big company needs to release all the rest of the PJ series and LEAVE THE MUSIC ALONE. They should never have charged extra for music already implanted in a show in the first place, it's all part of a show that whoever owns it should have the automatic rights to sell that product INTACT.

Everything from the 20th Century should be in the public domain now.

Season 3 was heaviest for appearances by Oliver & Lisa Douglas on PJ. Just a couple of times in Season 6 for Lisa, only one of those for Oliver. I don't believe they were in Seasons 4, 5, and 7 at all.
