Sad

She had been sufferng with ALS symptoms for more than a year..

She has been bed ridden probably a year and the last couple months she couldnt talk and she stopped eating a couple weeks ago.....

When she passed she turned off her phone so me and my dad think it was a sign she was ok.......

I dunno why she suffered so long,it was a horrible time..... Im glad she isnt suffering anymore....

I loved my mom very much...

Many sympathies Dude, May She Rest In Peace. Suffering is no more. Yes you will mourn her being gone but you must continue, she would want that, you know that. xo

Sorry over your sense of loss. I realize there is very little that can be said to numb the pain you are feeling, but try to take heart with the knowledge that passing is part of the masterplan awaiting all of us.

So sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom. There's no words to say, to take away the pain, but I will be praying for you and your family.

So sorry, I was with each of my parents when they died so I feel for what you're going through.

Take heart that she has gone to a place of no pain, sorrow, or suffering.

Dude, I like this poem and have shared it where I can:

Miss Me But Let Me Go

When I come to the end of the road
And the sun has set for me
I want no rites in a gloom-filled room.
Why cry for a soul set free?

Miss me a little–but not too long
And not with your head bowed low.
Remember the love that we once shared,
Miss me–but let me go.

For this is a journey that we all must take
And each must go alone.
It's all a part of the Master's plan,
A step on the road to home.

When you are lonely and sick of heart
Go to the friends we know
And bury your sorrows in doing good deeds.

Miss Me–But Let me Go!

I'm very sorry to hear about the loss of you mom. You had told me that she had not been well for a long time so maybe you were prepared for it, but it doesn't make it any easier to lose a parent. I've watched some documentaries about ALS. It's a horrible disease. She's no longer in pain or suffering.

Stay strong for your dad, buddy.
