Default Another Season 1b promo only features 4 girls.

Just found this NBC promo for "Emily Dickinson" on Intagram. Only 4 girls were shown. The usual 4.

I wonder did they have plans to whittle down the cast before Season 1b began? They almost always featured the same 4 girls. If they did have plans to reduce the cast, they certainly gave lots of hints of it.

Oh wow! Blair, Natalie, Molly, Tootie! I think this was the same foursome featured in another promo.

The Facts of Life that may have been...interesting!

Eh, Sue Ann should have been featured instead of Molly. I am glad they didn't go that route in season 2 and got Jo to replace Molly.

Jo replaced Sue Ann and Cindy. None of Molly's aspects went to Jo. Molly's parts were split between Tootie and Natalie.

This foursome was featured in every promo for Season 1, whether in print or on TV.

Molly's hostility and anger at her father went to Jo. There are many similiarities between their reactions to their fathers in these two season 1 and 2 episodes, and how Blair and Mrs. Garrett coach both Molly and Jo.

That other girl is Natalie. That drawing is from Molly's Holiday. Funny they had Natalie/Mindy on roller blades when Mindy said she could not skate one big.

That's not Natalie. This girl in the upper left is too athletic and doesn't look like her. That's a very athletic girl in athletic gear, but definitely not Cindy either.

It's looks like a generic or "extra" girl they used like they did in the TV guide ad for The Girls' School.

And on an interesting note, 6 of the 7 girls are credited---Sue Ann got "Nancied".

It's not any of the 7 girls. So apparently we'll just have to agree to disagree, lol.
