And they'll be running the first season of The Joey Bishop Show, not seen since it originally aired!

I have the Good Morning World complete series DVD. An underrated show. Too bad it didn't last longer, the entire cast is good.

The 'nudist camp' episode of "Good Morning World" is quite memorable.

But it's really big news if the long-embargoed 1st-season of "Joey Bishop Show" indeed gets aired.

Here's the press release: http://www.tribunemedia.com/antenna-...s-2107-lineup/

Relevant passage:

Quote:
The Joey Bishop Show starred Rat-Pack member Joey Bishop as Joey Barnes, a harried talk show host. Executive produced by Danny Thomas, the 30-minute sitcom originally aired between 1961-1965 and Antenna TV is thrilled to add the show’s entire four seasons to its lineup, including the 32 episode first season (in black & white) which was transferred from 35mm film to make its debut on Antenna TV.

I haven't seen these two before. I don't think I've heard of Good Morning World.

Didn't Joey have one (or two) of his co-stars fired for upstaging him?

After Good Morning, World was canceled, Ronnie Schell returned to Gomer Pyle: USMC as Corporal Duke Slater replacing Roy Stuart (Corporal Boyle).

Have you been recording WINGS? I also thought Please Don't Eat the Daisies, Farmer's Daughter and Room 222 would have been cool.

When Antenna first started in 2011, they were originally going to get Farmer'a Daughtef, but the quality of many of the prints was so bad that they ended up passing on that one.

Ya, I've heard that about Farmer'a Daughtef but you never know, it could have been remastered by now.
