Fay Ray of King Kong fame dies at 96 in her Manhattan apatment.She was 96. She was the great actress of yesteryear,there's not to many great actresses left now of the time line.RIP Fay Ray.You will be missed.

No, she probobaly was the women who King Kong captured.

I saw some of that movie recently.Cheap looking, but interesting to see.I don't know if I saw her in anything else, but that's sad.And it's a also sad that another person from the movies back then in the classic time period died.

That's incredible. To look over her life, her career.. I loved King Kong, and I also thought she was great. Rest in peace.

Here is Fay in a still from King Kong. I also thought that she was long dead. Actually she was younger than I thought! RIP Fay!

I remember Fay Wray! I've actually never seen King Kong, but I do remember her later movies. Anyone else remember her in Tammy and the Bachelor? I did know she was still alive because she was at the Oscars in 1998 (the year Titanic swept all the statues). I'll miss her. There are so few stars left from her time now. RIP, Fay.
