Well I'm 61. I forgot to add Ellie May Clampett and perennial game show celebrity Elaine Joyce.

When I made my list I was thinking for the most part of the character being played. In the case of Petticoat Junction the actresses did play into things a little bit. Yet the characters changed due to a direction change not necessarily strictly from the person filling the part.

Also, all of you ladies on these boards I'm sure some of you had crushes on characters in TV shows. Who would they be?

I agree about Ellie May and Elaine Joyce. It's rare to see Elaine mentioned, but she sure was fun to watch.

Laura Petrie was also a favorite. I was stunned as a teenager when I first saw her in the weekday reruns CBS ran in the late '60s.
