There are too many of my favorites to really list.
Doc is my favorite character so most, but not all of the episodes revolving around that character are my favorites. (Doc's Dismissal, Not Now I'm dying are two that come to mind).
Vicki--when she first came aboard, her first love, when she fell for Gopher, her 18th birthday...
I loved the Love Boat Follies episodes.
Some of my favorite Gopher episodes were when his mother came aboard once with his father, and the second time after his father had passed away. It's hard to pick just one or two favorites since he was one of my favorite characters--until close to the end of the run of the series.
(Before I write a book here, I'll stop and just say that most of The Love Boat episodes (and there were 255 of them so it's hard to pick just 5!)
