Cool Colorization Perfection Much Better than the Blues

Wow, the colorized one looks so much better than the "real" one. The colors look much more natural, the "real" one there is a definite blue tinge to the whole thing plus the skin color and Sam's lips are all purpley and blueish. The colorized one looks like a real natual color picture. If you prefer purple lips and blue/purple skin than the "real" one is for you.

The colorized DVDs of Season 1 and 2 are just beautiful and a vast improvement over the dull dated looking b/w originals. There is no contest these colorized versions are so much better it's a joke to pretend they're not. Now I want to see beautiful colorized versions of Hazel season 1.

Other than Endora's jacket and Sam's gloves, they got everything else wrong.

If they had done even a tiny bit of research they would have seen Elizabeth on the cover of TV Guide in color wearing that suit and hat.

Nodsmiley Ah, to see a wonderful colorful world esp. a colorized world

They didn't get it "wrong" they improved it. These shows were shot in b/w and the background and even the furniture was often painted gray or light brown. Would you be happy if they colorized everything gray and light brown to match reality? Like I said, there's no comparison, the colorized version vs. the reality color the colorized wins hands down. It's not important to match reality exactly, what is important is that the new colorized version is even better than the ugly reality blue/purple colors. What destroys the shows is watching them in ugly b/w, where everything is gray and white and black (like the ugly looking colors of cars today). B/W destroys the enjoyment of a beautiful color picture. Life is in color so should all TV shows and movies.

I've seen some interesting artificial intelligence driven services on the web that offer to colorize old black and white photos that are pretty impressive.

We've got rivers here that are mud brown. And the service correctly colored the water brown, and even put patches of reflected blue sky in the right spots (partial reflection) just as it appears in real life.

I had soe photos of old sream locomotives that were black, but that had a faint build up of scale around the running gear (hard water) And the AI correctly detected the faint scale, and colored it the proper shade of beige, just like it should have been. quite impressive!

They had a train colorized "pink" from the opening scenes of the typical American couple. I figured that more mistakes were made throughout the season.

Lol Color My World and everything that's in b/w too

Ever think you color haters just might be color blind. There's absolutely no question, not even up for debate, the colorized Bewitched beats the dull ugly artificial and aged looking b/w all to heck. How anyone can prefer Sam's hair being gray instead of a lusterous beautiful blonde or her lips as black as opposed to ruby red, well, I think you all need your keppy's examined.

Now I want to see Hazel season 1 colorized and all of I Love Lucy & all of the Honeymooners Classic 39. Any objections?? Overruled.
