I heard something along those lines like bringing in Suzanne as Jack's love interest in Threes A Crowd, exactly how they would work that in is quite a challenge as Jack and Chrissy had a brother/sister friendship.

Yeah, it's a known fact.

Alan Hamel had all sorts of ideas and probably thought he would make Suzanne the most famous TV/movie star in the world. She believed in him but he ruined her career instead.

It would have been way too weird to have seen Janet or Chrissy hustling Jack into the bedroom to have sex with them.

The producers laughed at him. There was no way they wanted to work with him and Suzanne again after the way they negotiated for more money in season 5.

It was mentioned but it never was a serious proposition. ABC executives would never have allowed it. Its all on the Threes Company True Hollywood Story.
They even talked about having Jack live with Chrissy in the spin off Three's A Crowd. It was never serious and were throwing ideas off the wall.
