New poster here.
This one is from 1971 that apparently didn't last too long and I understand there are 3 episodes floating around.Please PM me if you can help.

I have the three episodes currently in circulation in good quality, this is quite a strange show, andy plays a different character but his best friends are goober, barney & Howard, but no one is called by name but they all live in a small town which isn't mayberry......one of the stangest shows ever produced in TV history! Just how long did this show last and how many total episodes were there? 3?This seems like a really strange show and I never knew it even existed until recently.

From the few web search's I've done I believe it was only 3 episode's long. I didn't know it existed either til about 3-4 month's ago

it lasted 1 season

after ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW went off the air

he did a drama called THE HEADMASTER
it flopped
so he tried a new sitcom
it flopped too

they made more eps, but only 3 are out there now

it ran from jan 8th to may 21st of 1971

they had a whole season of eps

Are there any episodes of The Headmaster floating around?
BTW I'm still needing the 3 episodes of the New Andy Griffith Show.Unfortunately I don't have a TV list(just getting started) but have alot of classic wrestling and boxing as well as 2 MLB (non ESPN Classics) baseball games from 1976 and a few other sports.
