I would doubt it very much. There are almost no (surviving) catalog pages advertising it either. I've only seen one small clipping.



As a kid I saw old store stock of the dolls in a toy store. But they were not in the isles, but at a special doll counter in the back of the store. A department clerk had to get the doll for you. At the time I assumed it meant they must have been very expensive.
