I posted an ad on here because I always wanted to get a set of Gigglesnort Hotel. The show had a special place in my heart and I have many happy memories attached to it. Someone on here contacted me via email using the email andythefirstandlast@gmail.com.

I sent him $60 for the set via cash app (he originally wanted $100). After some communication and some really weird emails, he suddenly stopped corresponding and never sent me the DVD's.

If any of you have had dealings with this jerk, I'd like to know if he's ripped you off, too. If he contacts you, don't buy from him.

I'm sorry I'm out the $60, but I'm more sad about the DVD's as I am currently unemployed and am dealing with mental health issues.

I am sorry that happened to you. Sounds like the same guy who has been going around on here ripping people off under different usernames. Do you have any other info on him. Other emails or payment id’s. What were his weird emails ?

Again sorry it happened. I would suggest in the future to do some digging on any user you want to trade with.

If they don’t have lots of positive feedback from others it’s best to either not trade with then or make them send first.

Sorry to hear that, i've got mental health issues myself so you have my sympathies, I got ripped off by someone similar a few years ago. I wonder if it might be the same guy.

This guy actually tried to "sell" me some Big Time Wrestling Detroit tapes supposedly from 74'. When I told him I was wasn't buying only trading. He immediately stopped messaging me and not a peep since.

That's all I know is what I posted. Hopefully he'll try this crap with the wrong person.

I still haven't lost hope in finding Gigglesnort Hotel. If any of you have that series, please let me know.

I think I too got ripped off by the same guy. He used a few differant names. At first he wanted to sell me how collection of Sesame Street episodes he had and I said I didn't want them.

He go basaltic on the email and I told him that I didn't want anything to do with him but he reached out to me again and apologized to me about what had happened.

I forgave him. Now when he started asking me about have any Flintstones episodes I told him I had quite a bit from different channels but he only wanted TBS airings. Now I had at least a few from TBS and found a tape with part of a marathon on it.

He started asking me for this episode and that episode and at first I didn't really think of anything about it but then when he started asking for other episodes I thought why not ask for the WHOLE recording. Not just one episode here and one there.

But he would always change his mind quite often when he would send me emails. I wouldn't see them till I got home from work and I would have 3 or 4 that he would send and everyone would have something changed from the last one.

I got tired of it and started telling him he need to make up his mind and quite jerking around. I thought maybe he might have some mental issues or something health implication.

Finally he told me he had some stuff cause all he kept wanting to trade with were Sesame Street episodes and I thought I like Sesame Street and do collect them but I wanted a variety of other things then just that.

I asked what they were and he told me. I thought cool. He has some other things other then SS shows. He wanted me to use the internet and I just wanted to do Snail Mail. I would download what he sent me (Which were mostly SS shows) and I would send him stuff through the mail.

Finally when he got what I sent him (I also told him I was going to send him a USB Stick to put those files on) that I wanted from him. He gets the package with the stuff on the disc. Which I put the wrong thing on the disc. I said whoops I'm sorry. Which I did it on porpoise but he thought I had accidentally had. I told him I would send the right one.

That's where he confessed to not having any of the shows he said he had and told me h was lying the whole time. Thought that was his only way to get stuff he wanted. Was surprised he told me he was lying but also was upset that he didn't even tell me or ask me about sending him some stuff.

If he had told me he didn't really have anything to trade with I might have thought I'm going to help this guy get some stuff but NO! He didn't and that's what I was more upset about then not getting anything in return.

I told him that and said that's now how you do trades. You don't lie to people when you want to trade with them. I haven't gotten a responds back yet from him. He's supped to be sending back my USB stick but I'll see what happens when it does.

I'll keep y'all posted.
