Default Eve Plumb's Looks - Mid '70s to Early '80s

It's a joy to see how Eve Plumb blossomed into a remarkably lovely young woman.
Eve was so attractive in the final season of The Brady Bunch --
and she continued looking fine after the series ended, on into the start of the 1980s.

It's interesting to see so much curl in her hair:

Moving on, they say Eve tempted Adam with an apple:

Lol. I thought you meant that she looks 70-80 years old now.

I will admit she hasn't aged well (most blondes don't) but I don't think she looks 70 let alone 80.

She's in her mid sixties. I think she has aged just fine.

Did Eve ever consider herself a pretty girl? I lost track of her after I grew up out of the Brady Bunch era.

Eve is now 64.

I'd been reminded of Eve while watching a video of defunct fast-food franchises. Eve had done some Burger Chef commercials in 1977. Cute uniform:

I always thought she was funny looking and was surprised she got the part.

My favorite Brady girl was Marcia until the 5th season when Jan surpassed Marcia in the hotness category. Jan was smokin' hot in the 5th season.

Despite the amount of work Eve did on The Brady Bunch, The Brady Brides, etc., my mind always goes to her 1968 appearance on Family Affair. Playing a terminally ill child, to me it's perhaps the most poignant and moving episode of any normally lighthearted sitcom I've ever seen -- I love that episode. Watching her alongside Anissa Jones, we're reminded that Anissa had such a short life and we never experienced seeing a later adulthood for her.

I wish Eve well, she and the rest of the Brady actors really rose indelibly into the public's consciousness and that can have consequences that are difficult to deal with.

Funny thing about Eve Plumb.

She was sort of a homely and gawky girl. This changed after she "blossomed into womanhood" and became a gorgeous teenager.

Now she is a dumpy looking middle aged woman (she is wealthy however).

She seems sad about something like it weighed her down and aged her.

There's nothing middle aged about 64! Not many people live to be 128.

Plumb lost her looks much earlier than now. She is not unattractive but she isnt a beauty. She was as a 16 year old girl (and no, not all women were beauties at 16).

There was a TV reunion show on I believe Rikki Lake where they brought former kid actors from various famous shows and unfortunately booked Plumb, and from the audience, she flatly refused to do "Marcia! Marcia! Marcia!" (which I sort of get) but she didnt want to talk about the Brady show at all but what she is doing now, her artwork and all that, but no one was interested in that. She was sort of detestable in that regard.

Either her or Chris Knight are the wealthiest people from the show, probably Chris Knight. Eve Plumb had an acting career after Brady Bunch, she didnt do the variety show because she was in demand as an actress. There is some very interesting interviews with Bruce Vilanch who said that one TV movie Plumb was in (like a Portrait of a Teenage Runaway) got a record breaking 40 share, back when there was only three broadcast networks. She was a TV star and didnt need the Brady Bunch, hence "fake Jan".
