Yes, very interesting. I always thought there would be room for a half bath under the stairs. The guy she mentioned as giving her the boys' room/bathroom colors, Doug Brendel, is an admin on the Beaver fan site on Facebook, who maintains contact with Rusty Stevens. As mentioned, he knew the colors due to having spent so much time sitting in the bathtub during filming of the episode where Larry ran away from home.

As the tour confirms, the Cleavers had no toilets. Maybe they went down to the gas station where Eddie briefly worked.
