In my box of music I found one of my Alanis Morissette albums and I remember when she made a huge success when she debuted in 1995 with her debut album and almost everyone had a copy of Alanis's album. She was known for her amazing voice and had come a long way since she made her TV debut on You Can't Do That On Television on Nickelodeon when she was young. I finally got my own copy of Alanis Morissette's debut album and I was so impressed with it and the song You Learn is one of her best songs of the album and based on that alone I started my own Alanis Morissette album collection and I have four albums of her. It's amazing that Alanis is still singing and releasing albums that she really has made a huge mark in music today. I always like to imitate Alanis's voice when I sometimes sing along with her songs because she has a unique voice that fits the music well

Her 1995 album (Jagged Little Pill) wasn't her debut. She had a couple of albums of pop music before then.

Alanis Morrisette had albums before her Jagged Little Pill album came out? I have never even seen those albums before. I did learn that she has released a new album last week and is worth checking out. Alanis also does an awesome cover of Seal's hit Crazy too that is great

Alanis had a couple of albums before Jagged Little Pill but those couple of Albums were only released in Canada and didn't have any huge hit songs. They were like Janet Jackson's Dream Street and Janet Jackson Albums.
