In the the pilot “It’s a Small World” was Wally the same age as he was in “Leave it to Beaver”? In the first show Wally was 12. Was Paul Sullivan a good actor or was he all very interested in acting? He do much acting.

Someone may have a better answer, but I recall he was supposed to be the same age. By the time the show was green-lighted, he had shot up and was too grown, so the role was recast.
