What was the name of the character who worked at Wally's Service Station...he only worked there for one episode....and what special thing did he do?

If you're talking about episode 85 "The Great Filling Station Robbery", I think the young man's name was Jimmy.

He wired the cash register to cause an electrical shock if it was touched in order to catch the crooks who were stealing supplies and prove his own innocence.
