Default NEW! NEW! DREXELL'S CLASS!! DABNEY COLEMAN!

I have here the following: I recorded these myself back in '91! They were stashed away in an old box, buried, and lo and behold, they're saved, good quality fun episodes! 7.5-8.5/10

DREXELL’S CLASS 2 DVDs 10 Episodes of 18 – Rare!
Drexell's class features Dabney Coleman as Mr. Drexell, a teacher that owed alimony and back taxes that was hired as a school teacher instead of going to prison. Most of Drexell's students liked him, but, Principal Itkin (played by Randy Graff) didn't and tried her best to get rid of him. Eventually Itkin had a nervous breakdown and then Principal Ridge (played by Edie Mcclurg) took over and her feelings toward Drexell were about the same as Itkin's. Toward the end of the series, the show focused more on Drexell's home life with his two daughters who were both chips off the old block. Otis Drexell is a highly popular stock broker/investor who is known for getting the deal done. He is then caught red handed for insider trading, and his trading credentials are stripped from him. Otis cannot find a job, so he gets a job as a school teacher at an elementary school. Every week, Otis would do the best he could of making the adjustment of going from the boardroom to the classroom with the help of his two daughters.First Aired September 1991 Last Aired March 1992. Jason Biggs - Willie Trancas Phil Buckman – Slash Damian Cagnolatti - Kenny Sanders Dabney Coleman - Otis Drexell Cleavant Derricks - George Foster Jacqueline Donnelly – Bernadette Randy Graff - Principal Francine E. Itkin 1991) A.J. Langer - Melissa Drexell Matthew Lawrence – Walker Dakin Matthews - Roscoe Davis Edie McClurg - Principal Marilyn Ridge Brittany Murphy - Brenda Drexell Matthew Slowik – Lionel Heidi Zeigler - Nicole Finnigan

The show went from a classroom comedy to a home comedy with the action shifting to Drexell's home life more and to one of Drexell's daughter's boyfriends, Slash. The classroom was funnier, and it should of stayed there. Still the show had some funny moments. Also of note Jason Biggs got his start here, and I first saw Brittany Murphy on this show. I would like to see this show again just for kicks anyway
