Default What was the first Batman Episodes you saw?

I'm just curious what was the first Batman episode you saw? For me, it was the first episode that I saw, and what are your favorite memories of the first episode of Batman you saw? Well, I didn't know there was a Batman sitcom until 1 or 2 years ago, and I was real excited to see it.

I've been an off and on fan. I first saw Batman when I was about 5. I had the biggest crush on Burt Ward then. After a few years I kind of got tired of the Batman series and put it out of my mind.

Well, when I found out that Batman was coming back to tvland I must admit I was a little peeved that it was taking Andy Griffith's time slot. I tuned into the show anyway and really got into it again. Today was my anniversary for taping episodes. I didn't start taping until it got to the Shame episodes. They showed the Shame episode today.

Since I can't remember what episode I saw first when I was younger, I'll just say the 1st episode.

Edited to say: I must admit, I think I like Batman now more than I do TAGS.

I was in the first grade when the original Michael Keaton "Batman" movie came out. My dad wouldn't let me watch it due to the PG-13 rating, so he showed me the tv series. The first episode I saw was "Enter Batgirl, Exit Penguin". The Family Channel aired the show out of order, and I always thought Batgirl was a recurring character throughout the entire series.

January 12, 1966, the first episode shown on ABC. The one with Frank Gorshin as The Riddler. And I saw most of the episodes after that, until the last episode on March 14, 1968. Gotta luv those villains!

Ah, that is one of my favorites. I'd love to get some screencaps from that episode. Especially when Dick is trying to be a rebel with the leather jacket and all. lol
