3. 3rd Rock from the Sun
4. The Munsters
5. Sabrina, the Teenage Witch

9. My Favorite Martian
10. Galavant

Just missing the cut at #11 is ALF. All of the sitcoms on my list are the live action versions.

Never seen Ghosts, Galavant, or 3rd Rock but here would be my top 7 of the ones you mentioned:

2. Sabrina the Teenage Witch -- ABC seasons, of course
3. The Addams Family
