I am looking for the names of the 3 Darlin boys. I know the daddy is Briscoe, and the daughter is Charlene, but the ever quiet boys I can not remember for the life of me. Can anyone help me?

Actually there were 4 boys. Doug on banjo, Rodney on gituar, Dean on mandolin, and Mitch on bass.

The "Darlings" were actually a smokin' bluegrass band called the Dillards. There are plenty of their CD's available, which I highly recomend.

I know it's a year after you posted the question, but here are the names according to the Andy Griffith Show Book: Doug, also called Jebbin plays banjo. Rodney, guitar. Dean, also called Other, mandolin. Mitch, bass fiddle
