Hey does anyone remember the show (I think it was called) On Our Own? It was about like this huge family of kids who's parents died and the oldest was like raising them all. The family was played by a real family, I think the name was Smollet, and one of the little girl's on it was Denise, Michelle's best friend from Full House back in the day. Jurnee Smollett was one of the stars ~ she played Denise on Full House.

I have a movie entitled "On Our Own", by Feature Films For Families. It's a very good movie, starring the same couple that play in "Seasons of the Heart", also a Feature Films for Families movie.

Here's the description I nabbed from Half.com:

"'On Our Own' tells the moving story of four children abandoned by their father and left to themselves when their mother dies. Learning they are headed for state foster homes, they run away, hoping to find their Uncle Jack and start a new life. With no money and welfare officials on their trail, the children have little chance of reaching their uncle. But they find a friend in Peggy Williams, a vacationing school teacher. Peggy helps them, their problems apparently are solved. Then the plot takes an unexpected twist, leading to a conclusinon that is at once exciting, humorous, and touching. 'On Our Own' is a family film that will enthrall children and parents alike. "
