Who was the little kid wearing the cowboy hat who used to follow Opie around, please?

Well, if you are talking about the little boy that always had a Peanut Butter sandwich in his hand. Then we will be talking about Leon. In real life his name was Clint Howard- Ron Howard's Bro- Cool huh

Another thing to notice is that, even as an adult, Clint Howard is in every movie that Ron directs or has anything to do with. Example: "Apollo 13"- Clint plays one of the flight controllers at NASA in Houston. Look for him- he's bald but still has a baby face...

I was amazed to notice how long Ron Howard has been giving his brother work.I can relate because one of my brothers owns the company I work for!!!

Not only has he cast his brother in movies, but he also cast his mother in several of his movies. He is a true class act!

The whole family was in "Apollo 13". Not only was Clint in it, but his mother played Jim Lovell's mother, and his father Rance Howard played the priest who sat with the family during the crisis.
