On the episode where Barney gives Andy and Helen a day at the lake and then annoys the **ll out of them, was the TV repairman played by the same man who plays Earnest T. Bass? It sure looks and sounds like him! Thanks

Yes that part was played by Ernest T. Bass

More accurate to say the TV repairman (George?) was played by Howard Morris who also played Ernest T. Bass.

Howard Morris also was a Radio reporter in one of the episodes. (voice only)
