Were Engelbert Humperdinck and Tom Jones besties in music?
My mom and I were looking at videos of nostalgic songs on Youtube and we found a video of Tom Jones and Engelbert Humperdinck taking turns doing a medley on a TV show and the songs they performed were My Way It's Not Unusual and Please Release Me and what my mom told me was that Engelbert Humperdinck and Tom Jones were best friends and always tried to compete with each other at who was the best singer. Did Tom Jones ever be an opening act for Engelbert Humperdinck at his concerts and that's what started their friendship?
