Where have all the good country girl groups gone?

In country music today I noticed that it is rare to find a good country girl group and I want to know the main reason is? Is it because male country groups have taken over country music's market or is it because people aren't interested in country girl groups today? Because if you look at the 80's The Judds were the hottest country girl group around and soon there were girl bands everywhere. But today you won't find another country girl group like The Judds and now girl groups in country music are hard to find today and are replaced with country bands such as Gloriana and Sugarland that have both male and female singers in them. And another thing is that I noticed that pop girl groups have been trying to cross over into country music too and become big. One example is the Christian pop group Point Of Grace who were originally were big in Christian pop but ever since they released the How You Live album Point Of Grace has made it big in Country music and now releases Country albums now. I can say the 90's to the 2000's had the best country girl bands and do you think it will make a comeback to country music soon?
