Some AMW cases

I watched this every Sunday with my parents as a kid. Remember the John List episode scaring the hell out of me.

Anyway, I remembered some episodes a while ago. Hope someone can help me with names of the people profiled.

1) A man wanted for (at least) beating up his girlfriends/wives and keeping them hostage in their homes. I remember he had a beard, and ordered the woman to make him some food but to not make it too hot. "I hate it hot! It burns my mouth!" He had a habit of jingling the change in his pockets. Maybe this woman he was abusing he had just kidnapped?

2) Some young girl who probably had light brown or blond hair disappeared. This is when AMW specifically showed short blurbs about missing people before it went to a commercial. All I remember is that the girl was traveling to somewhere but never arrived. Her car was found on the side of the highway, either having run out of gas or into car trouble.

3) This African American family was almost all murdered by their stepfather. One of the daughters came home late from school by 10 or 15 minutes or so. The step dad beat her while she was in the kitchen washing dishes. Later for some reason he went berserk and killed the mother and other siblings, but this girl survived. The stepdad took off.

4) I think it was a hispanic looking man who went around assaulting (sexually?) women. I think he killed a woman. The thing is, these were all women who were renting apartments. I remember John Walsh saying that he specifically took interests in apartments (buildings?) for lease. He'd go in, see the room with them, then attack the woman.

5) Some young boy had a problem with his leg and he had a pretty bad limp. One night he was out with a group of friends when they ran into some trouble. Some gang or something. They all took off and ran away, but since he had a limp he couldn't run very fast. The perpetrators shot him in the back and killed him.

6) I know this happened in Utah. A young man worked in a fast food restaurant and I think he already had a baby girl. His wife (girlfriend?) told him she was pregnant again and he knew it was going to be a boy. This guy was friends with some asian/Polynesian guys who had ties to gangs. I don't know if he knew this. Anyway, the young man and this asian guy got into an argument. One of them said "let's go outside" and when they did, instead of fighting, the asian guy pulled out a gun and shot him. Some time later his girlfriend had a baby boy.
