John Doe with distinctive tattoo
I know there's a lot of people with distinctive tattoos these days, but this man was found in 2000, when I guess they were less common. I remembered reading this story in the actual local newspaper back then; one last shot at identifying him before his body was cremated. All these years later, looks like he's still unknown.
