Arnie is a favorite early 70's sitcom of mine, good to see it added to the 1970's section. I would be in for an official DVD release of the complete series but I imagine it's not likely to happen.

I would rather see Lopez vs. Lopez picked up by NBC. A comedy about eating disorders sounds real off putting, Valerie can surely find something better.

Mom got 8 years of comedy out of alcoholism, so they can certainly get a few years out of food addiction. No one ever got behind the wheel and killed anyone because they had eaten a few cupcakes too many. The producing team has a strong pedigree and the pilot was written by Suzanne Martin and directed by James Burrows. I trust all of them to do it right. Although if they want to toss it on Peacock, that’s okay too. Streaming might be better.

I updated the list.

I'm going to eventually restore the 150+ one-year wonders from the 2000s and later that we used to have boards for. It's better to keep them organized in their own sections instead of lumping all the threads together in one forum.

I couldn't find any threads for some of the 1950s sitcoms, but maybe people will use them if they see them.

If you see any threads that can be moved to the newly added boards, please post the links.

There are several sitcoms from the 1960's that ran for less than a full season, shows like Holiday Lodge, Oh Those Bells, OK Crackerby, Rango, etc., but I don't know if short run shows like these should have their own boards or not.
