What are some songs that were a hit on teh charts and then after a feww eeks suddenly vanished never to be heard from again? The first one that comes to mind for me is Bloodhound gang's song. It's so bloody annoying, and right when I forogtten all about it for years, my radio station decides to play it. Got any one hit wonders?

Default This is really freaky

I was just thinking about this one group tonight that was a one hit wonder. I've got a few to add to the list.

Meredith Brooks- Bitch- I think she's had two other songs out besides "Bitch", but they never topped the recognition she got from Bitch.

Bif Naked- Just a Moment of Weakness- This was the group I was thinking of. What happened to them? I loved the "Just a Moment of Weakness" song.

Some other band that I can't remember the name of- Can't remember the song either- I know the video takes place in a shopping mall. A bald guy was the lead singer. It isn't the Smashing Pumpkins. One of the band members was Danielle Brisbrois (Stephanie from All in the Family) I know that this band broke up. The lead singer was tired of singing the song in concert. If only I could remember the name of the song.....

I've got some more:

Len- Steal My Sunshine

Paula Cole- Isn't exactly a one hit wonder, because she had two hit songs. I think that's as far as she'll go in her career. Anybody remember her songs? Where Have All the Cowboys Gone? I loved that song, and the other song was the theme to Dawson's Creek. I hated that song so much. I heard that thing every two seconds it seemed.
